TRANSINO Medicated Melano Signal Essence (registered sales name: DS Beauty Essence d) is a medicated whitening serum from Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare Co., Ltd., formulated with the active ingredients tranexamic acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizate. As a quasi-drug (医薬部外品), its officially recognized effects are:

In an efficacy-evaluation test, the serum has also been shown to reduce the appearance of fine lines caused by dryness. Directions for Use

After preparing the skin with lotion or other preparatory skincare, take about a pearl-sized amount onto your fingertips and gently apply to the entire face. Follow with an emulsion or cream. For areas of particular concern, apply in additional layers. Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare states that one 50g bottle lasts approximately 80 days with twice-daily use.

Safety Warning

Before use, perform a patch test to check for any skin reactions; if you have sensitive skin, test the product on a small area on the inside of your arm first.
