How to use

Use the floss daily, preferably after meals or before bedtime. Pull out about 40 cm of floss and wind most of it around each middle finger, leaving an inch or two to work with. Gently slide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve the floss against the side of each tooth and move it up and down to clean thoroughly. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
